RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Final sale or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping for Returns

  • India: A pickup will be arranged. Return shipping cost of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund (unless due to a damaged or incorrect item).
  • Guidelines
  • Exchanges allowed only for equal or higher value items.
  • No exchanges on Archive Sale products.
  • Exchange orders are final and not eligible for refunds or store credit.
  • Refunds processed 2–3 business days after items pass quality check. Amount reflects in your payment method within 7 business days.
  • Order cancellations after dispatch follow the standard return/refund process.
